The risk of flooding from the River Yeo and its tributaries has now reduced, and river levels are falling below levels of concern. However, further heavy showers and strong winds are forecast on Sunday 27th December. With saturated catchments this is likely to cause river levels to rise again, so it may be necessary to issue further alerts. We are continually monitoring the situation and will update the situation as it changes.
