Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are high but steady as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and adjacent land is expected in the next few hours. We expect flooding to affect Flood Warning for The Vatch - fast flowing increased water levels may impact properties in The Vatch. Install Property level protection if required. Monitor the brook for further increases
Consequently flooding could occur in the next few hours.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and or Local Authorities.
Please plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded and avoid contact with flood water.
