Rising river levels today may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on 18 December 2025 .
Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Somerset Frome, River Mells, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Feltham Lane at Frome, the A362 at Wallbridge, the access road to Peradins at Freshford and the Westwood to Freshford road.
Drier weather is forecast on Friday 19 December 2025 and conditions are expected to improve.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will issue updates or warnings as necessary.
Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .
