Flood alert

High river levels may lead to flooding.

River levels are high along the Sor Brook and the Bloxham Brook. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected, especially along the Sor Brook. Today and overnight are forecasted to be predominantly dry, followed by further rain tomorrow. We expect river levels to remain high throughout today, 17 February 2026.

We are closely monitoring the situation.

Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses. Go to River Levels Online for updates on current river levels.
