Warning no longer in force

This Flood Warning has been removed. River levels in the area had risen quickly due to a blockage in the channel. The river is returning to the expected level for the current conditions. The Flood Warning for the area has now been removed. However, a Flood Alert remains in force for the wider area, so flooding may still affect roads and low lying land. We are expecting river levels to rise overnight and into tomorrow due to heavy rainfall. We continue to monitor the situation. Our incident response staff are out on the ground checking and clearing any blockages and debris from rivers.
