Flood warning

High tides are expected to cause flooding this evening.
Flooding is expected 2 hours either side of high tide on the evening of Friday 23 January 2026.
Property flooding is expected.
Areas particularly at risk include Millbrook, Saltash, Cargreen, Halton Quay, Calstock, Ferry Road and Embankment Road (Plymouth), Marsh Mills (Marsh Close), and Noss Mayo.
High tide at Plymouth is at 8:47PM on Friday, times of high water will vary along the coast. The forecast total high tide level is 2.80mAOD. Expect tide levels along the coast to be up to 0.9m above tide table level. Offshore wave heights of around 6.0m are forecast with Force 7 South Easterly winds. A flood alert is also in force for this area.
