High river levels are expected to cause flooding today.
Flooding is expected on 13 November 2025 .
Locations most affected will be the river Caldew at Carlisle, Viaduct Estate Road area including Cumbria Indoor Bowls Club, adjacent commercial properties and car parks either side of the railway line.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Activate any flood protection products you may have .
