High tides this morning may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible between 10:00am and 12:00pm today, Monday 28th September.
We expect high tide levels at the harbourside in Southwold. The detailed forecast is for a peak level at Lowestoft of 1.69mAODN at 11:00am, on Monday 28th September, which is 0.43m above tide tables, Wind Force 3, Northerly. Tides are expected to be higher than usual, due to the forecast weather conditions during spring tides.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .
