Flooding expected. Take action now.
High tides are expected to cause flooding this evening.
Flooding is expected 2 hours either side of high tide on the evening of Friday 23 January 2026.
Property flooding is expected.
Areas particularly at risk include Penryn Commercial Road, low lying areas of Mylor Bridge, Norway Inn pub at Perranarworthal, Pandora Inn at Restronguet, and the A390 at Tresillian.
High tide at Falmouth is at 8:03PM on Friday, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide levels are 2.66mAOD. Expect tide levels along the coast to be between 0.8m and 0.9m above tide table level. Offshore wave heights of around 6.0m are forecast with Force 8 South Easterly winds. A flood alert is also in force for this area.
