Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

High tides are expected to cause flooding over the next three days. 
Flooding is expected on the mornings of Tuesday 3 February through to Thursday 5 February.  
Areas particularly at risk include low lying areas in Falmouth, Penryn, Flushing, Mylor Bridge, the A39 at Perranarworthal, Devoran, Calenick, Truro and the A390 at Tresillian. High tides of concern at Falmouth are Tuesday 06:23 and Wednesday 07:01 and Thursday 07:30 times of high water vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is set to peak at 2.94mAOD on Tuesday. Expect tide levels along the coast to be between 0.43 and 0.53 metres above tide table level. Moderate force 4-6 E to SE winds and offshore wave heights of over 2m are forecast. 
We are closely monitoring the situation . 
Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .
