The Flood Warning for this area has now been removed.
Coastal conditions should ease for the tides over the coming days. However, a Flood Alert remains in force for the wider area, so flooding may still affect roads and low lying land.
We continue to monitor the situation, and we will have operational gangs out on the ground during the high tide periods to monitor the tides and any impacts. Please be careful along beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths and roads.
Please see the GOV.UK website for a 5 day flood forecast.
