Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.
Flooding is expected when river levels are at their highest from 12:30 AM on 17/10/2024.
Areas most at risk include properties on Hall Lane, Damfield Lane, Fouracres, Old Racecourse Road, Sefton Lane and Sefton Drive.
Weather conditions are expected to improve throughout the morning.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and clearing debris from weed screens.
Start acting on your flood plan if you have one.
Move family, pets and cars to safety and turn off gas, electricity and water if it is safe to do so.
This message will be updated by 9:00 AM on 17/10/2024, or as the situation changes.
