Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

River levels remain very high as a result of heavy rainfall. Flooding of property, roads and low-lying land is expected to continue this afternoon, Thursday 17 November. Flooding is expected to affect properties around Pound Lane and Magpie Hall Road. We expect river levels to gradually fall this afternoon, Thursday 17 November. Our incident response staff are actively monitoring the situation and are prepared to respond if required. Please avoid walking or driving through floodwater. This message will be updated by 9pm on 17 November, or as the situation changes.
