Tides will remain high today (Monday 30/09/2019) - 8.08 metres Chart Datum at Eastbourne, but the waves will be smaller than Sunday night (29/09/2019) and the risk of flooding is reduced. From tomorrow (Tuesday 1/10/2019) tidal peaks will start to lower in height and the wind will ease, making the risk of flooding less likely. Small amounts of water may still affect the cycle path over high tide, but the occurrences should become fewer as we move through the week.
