Flood warning

River levels remain high on Creyke, Mill and Broadlane Becks at Cottingham. The area most at risk is properties around King Street, Northgate, Dunswell Road and North Moor Lane. Levels may remain high on Saturday 25/11/2023 and Sunday 26/11/2023. Further rain is forecast on Sunday night and Monday 27/11/2023 and levels may rise in response to this rain. We continue to monitor the forecast. Please consider putting your flood plan into action and avoid using low-lying footpaths near local watercourses. We will update this message by 5pm on 25/11/2023, or as the situation changes.
