Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High river levels on Sunday may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on Sunday 15/02/2026, with 15mm of rain forecast. If rain falls as forecast today, river levels will rise this afternoon into Monday (16/02/2026). Flooding is continuing to affect low lying land, roads, cycle tracks and footpaths close to the river. At Langbridge and Alverstone, the river will be close to bank full. Flooding continues to affect Golf Links Road and Moreton Common Road. Ditches around Fort Holiday Park are struggling to drain. At Brading, impacts may continue at Nicholas Close. More rainfall is forecast on Tuesday (17/02/2026) and Wednesday (18/02/2026). River levels will remain high into next week. We are checking rivers for blockages and operating Bembridge sluices. Consider activating any flood protection products you may have.
