The Groundwater levels have remained stable and started to receed in the Barrow Upon Humber and Barton Upon Humber Area. No further rain is expected over the next couple of days therefore we do not expect any properties to be affected. Further rain may cause the ground water levels to rise and we will continue to monitor the groundwater levels, issuing further Flood Warnings as required. The ground stills remains saturated and standing water in low lying areas and where there are natural springs will remain for several days.
