Flood alert

Groundwater levels in Bishops Sutton are high but relatively stable. Currently, groundwater is close to the level we expect, potentially affecting a small number of cellars in the community. Only a small amount of rain is forecast from Wednesday 25/03/2026 to Sunday 29/03/2026. Groundwater levels are expected to fall very slowly during this week. We are closely monitoring the situation. Residents are advised to ensure that pumps are working where they have been installed. This message will be updated by 18:00 on 01/04/2026.
