This Flood Warning will remain in force as river levels remain high this morning Monday 6 January 2025, however are starting to recede.
Areas most at risk include properties around Lingfield Common Road and the Ray Brook.
We are closely monitoring rainfall and river levels. Use your flood plan if you have one. Activate any property flood protection products you may have. Monitor local water levels and weather conditions. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
This message will be updated by 7pm on Monday 6 January 2025, or as the situation changes.
