Flooding expected. Take action now.
High tides and forecast weather conditions are expected to cause flooding tomorrow morning.
Flooding is expected from 04:00 to 06:30 on 28/10/2026.
High astronomical tides and a large surge is expected. The wind direction is predominantly offshore, so the main risk is from higher than normal water levels. Locations most affected will be coastal roads, promenades and footpaths.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded. Stay away from promenades where wave and spray overtopping is possible
This message will be updated by 10:30PM on Tuesday 27 October or as the situation changes.
