River levels are rising rapidly on the Nunney Brook, River Mells due to heavy rainfall.
Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Nunney Brook, River Mells, with low lying land expected to be most affected, particularly around properties at Church Street in Nunney..
Flooding is affecting properties at Church Street in Nunney. from 07:45 PM on 04/01/2024.
Further rainfall is forecast throughout the evening.
We will continue to monitor the forecast and re-issue this alert/warning if necessary.
Consider activating any property flood protection products.
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses and do not attempt to walk or drive through flood water.
