The Flood Warning has now been removed. However, a Flood Alert remains in force for the wider area, so flooding of roads and low lying land is still possible. No property flooding is expected. No further rainfall is forecast. The Nunney Brook, River Mells are now falling steadily today (18/02/2024) and we do not expect any further flooding to properties. We will continue to monitor the forecast and re-issue this warning if necessary. Continue to take care on waterside roads and footpaths and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. If you have been evacuated only return to your property once the emergency services have advised that it is safe to do so.
