Forecast high river levels tomorrow morning may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on 09 December 2025 .
Areas affected include low lying land and roads near to the rivers Calder, Brun, Don and Pendlewater, from Laneshaw Bridge to the river Ribble including Trawden, Burnley, Nelson, Colne, Accrington and Whalley.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .
