The Flood Warning for the River Fowey is no longer in force. River levels have continued to fall overnight, and water from Fridays flooding is draining naturally from low lying areas.
Conditions remain unsettled and showers will spread from the west through Sunday 20th December, with frontal rain forecast to follow overnight into Monday morning. The Flood Alert for this area remains in force and will be updated by 14:00 to reflect the updated forecast for overnight conditions.
We continue to monitor conditions and if risks increase overnight, this Flood Warning may be reissued in response to heavy rain.
