Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels have risen at the Ebley Mill river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property and farmland is expected tonight, 23/12/2020. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Ryeford and Dudbridge area.
Further heavy rainfall is forecast tonight. We expect river levels to remain high into the weekend. We are monitoring the situation & checking defences. This message will be updated by 10am on Thursday 24/12/20, or as the situation changes
