Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are falling but remain high in the Seven catchment due to recent persistent rainfall. Further rainfall is forecast on Friday afternoon 08/12/2023 and into the weekend. Flooding may be affecting low lying land near Great Barugh, including Willow Garth Caravan Site.
We are monitoring levels closely. Start acting on your flood plan if you have one. Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses and do not attempt to walk or drive through flood water.
This message will be updated by 18:00PM on 08/12/23, or as the situation changes.
