This is an archived message. The status has changed more recently.
This Flood Warning has been removed.
River levels have now fallen but levels remain high. A large amount of water remains on the flood plain and against the flood defence. Low lying land and roads may still be affected.
We will continue to monitor the forecast and re-issue this warning if necessary.
Our incident response staff are checking the condition of defences.
Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and avoid contact with flood water.
Please remain vigilant. Further rainfall is forecast over the next few days which may keep river levels elevated, though we do not expect them to rise significantly.
