Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are rising at the Bridgnorth river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property is expected to begin between 2pm and 5pm today, 03/01/2024. We expect flooding to affect properties on Telford Road. Predicted Peak at Bridgnorth 4.7m to 5m 04/01.
No further rainfall is forecast. We expect river levels to remain high until 07/01/2024.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and or Local Authorities.
Please move possession and valuables off the ground or to safety.
