Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

River levels remain high but are beginning to fall at the Colston Bassett river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Flooding continues. Areas most at risk are Shelton Lodge Farm, and Port Grange Farm, near Thoroton.
No further rainfall is forecast. We expect river levels to remain high until 22:00 on 06/01/25.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are patrolling watercourses in the area.
Please plan driving routes to avoid low-lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.

This message will be updated by 20:00 this evening, 06/01/25, or as the situation changes.
