Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels remain high but are falling at the Knightsford Bridge river gauge following heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland continues. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Leigh area.
No further significant rainfall is expected over the next 48 hours but showers are possible. We expect river levels to remain high until tomorrow, Tuesday 26/11/24.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
