Flood warning

Property flooding is expected.

River levels are stable on the River Thames between Newbridge and Kings Lock following heavy rainfall earlier in the week from Storm Bert. Flooding of properties, low lying land, and roads is expected to continue.

The weather forecast is for predominantly dry conditions overnight and throughout Saturday. River levels are expected to fall slowly overnight and through the weekend. Levels will remain high over the coming days.

We are monitoring the situation. Avoid contact with flood water. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels.
