Flood warning

Property flooding is possible. River levels are stable on the River Thames between Newbridge and Kings Lock following heavy rainfall earlier in the week from Storm Bert. Flooding of properties, low lying land, and roads remains possible. The weather forecast is for predominantly dry conditions overnight with scattered showers in the coming days. River levels are expected to fall slowly overnight and through the weekend. Levels will remain high over the coming days. We are monitoring the situation. Avoid contact with flood water.
