High river levels are expected to cause flooding today.
Flooding is expected on 18 December 2025 .
Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Wriggle, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Deep Ford Lane and the Chubbs Farm area. Weather conditions are expected to improve this evening and no further flooding is expected.
We are closely monitoring the situation and clearing blockages from debris screens.
Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water . Refer to local authority website for road closures.
