Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

Levels have risen on Roam Drain following recent rainfall. Areas most at risk include properties in Hempholme and around Hunt Hill Farm. Although no significant rainfall is expected in the next few days, levels are rising slowly and flooding of properties is possible. We are operating pumps in the area and continue to closely monitor the situation. Put your flood plan into action and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. Plan driving routes to avoid low-lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. This message will be updated by 4pm on Wednesday 08/01/2025, or as the situation changes.
