Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High river levels today may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on 27 January 2026 from 09:00, as a lot of rain (35mm) fell overnight.
Flooding could affect property at the top of the river near Jenner Way and Sewards Rise. This could occur as very high levels in the river prevents water on land from draining into it. The worst of the rain has cleared the area but further showers are possible. River levels and flood risk should begin to reduce by 13:00 27/01/2026.
We are checking flood defences along the Tadburn Lake.
Consider activating any flood protection products you may have .
