Flooding is expected on 14 November 2025 .
River levels are rising at the Fosseway river gauge on the Sherston Avon upstream of Malmesbury in response to recent heavy showers. Further heavy rain is expected today and over the weekend, up to 20mm across the upper Bristol Avon catchment.
Consequently, flooding of property is possible on the 14th November 2025. We expect flooding to affect Westport Bridge, The Maltings, St Johns Bridge, St Johns Street, Inner Silk Mills and The Mulberries.
Refer to Local Authority websites for any road closures. Properties with flood protection measures we advise these are installed now.
