River levels are now steadily falling, but still remain quite high in some locations. A Flood Alert remains in force for the wider area. Further rainfall is forecast this evening and overnight which may cause river levels to rise once again. Flood water is dangerous. Don't put yourself or others at risk. We will continue to monitor levels closely.
