Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High river levels tomorrow evening may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on 09 February 2026 as a lot of rain is forecast (20mm).
River levels remain high from rainfall experienced over the last few weeks and due to high and rising groundwater levels. More rain is forecast tomorrow, Monday 9 February from around 15:00 until the early hours of Tuesday morning. Flooding is affecting low lying land and Horsebridge Road, Broughton, and will be close to property at Duck’s Lane, Church Street and The Square at Nether Wallop, where it may flood gardens. More rain on Thursday could increase flood risk again. River levels might not fall for another few weeks while groundwater is still rising.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and will ensure the river is kept free of reported blockages.
Consider activating any flood protection products you may have .
