Flood alert

High river levels on Thursday may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible on 19/02/2026, as up to 15mm of rain has fallen in the last 24 hours. Flooding could affect low lying land and Horsebridge Road, Broughton, and may be close to property at Duck’s Lane, Church Street and The Square at Nether Wallop, where it may flood gardens. Only small amounts of rain are forecast from Friday 20/02/2026 onwards. River levels and flood risk will remain high for the next few weeks. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and will ensure the river is kept free of reported blockages. Consider activating any flood protection products you may have. This message will be updated by 18:00 on 21/02/2026.
