The water level in the Wallop Brook remains high. The river is expected to be out of bank, affecting Rectory Lane and Rookery Lane in Broughton, where it may be affecting gardens. Today (Monday 16/02/2026) and tomorrow (Tuesday 17/02/2026), minimal rainfall is forecast. On Wednesday (18/02/2026), up to 40mm of rain is forecast. If this affects the Wallop Brook, the river could impact Horsebridge Road, Broughton, Station Road and Over Wallop, and the river could be close to property around Duck's Lane, Church Street, Church Road and The Square, Nether Wallop. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and will ensure the river is kept free of reported blockages. Consider activating any flood protection products you may have. This message will be updated by 7:00PM on 17/02/2026.
