River levels are falling due to reduced groundwater levels. The risk of localised flooding affecting low-lying land and roads is now reducing steadily but still remain quite high in some locations, especially around Barham.
We continue to work with emergency services and local authorities and to keep closely monitoring the situation.
Continue to take care on waterside roads and footpaths and remain aware of your local situation.
