River levels still remain high but are beginning to stabilise. Light rain is expected over the next 6 hours.
Locations most affected will be Allerton Ings including the A656 Barnsdale Road between Allerton Bywater and Castleford.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels. Start acting on your flood plan if you have one. Activate any flood protection products you may have.
