Property flooding is expected.

River levels have risen on the River Pang as a result of overnight rainfall and raised groundwater levels. Therefore, flooding (of property) is imminent. We expect river levels to continue rising slowly this morning.
Most of todays rainfall has now passed, although there is the risk of further showers through the day.

We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid contact with flood water and refer to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels.
