Property flooding is possible. River levels are rising on the River Pang as a result of heavy rainfall. Therefore, flooding of property and roads is possible this afternoon 08/02/24, especially in the Bucklebury area. The forecast this afternoon is mostly dry but will be followed by further heavy rainfall later on this afternoon into the evening. We expect river levels to rise further in response to forecast rainfall today. Our staff are in the area clearing trash screens. Avoid contact with flood water. Move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. This message will be updated this evening, 08/02/24, or as the situation changes.
