High river levels are expected to cause flooding this evening.
Flooding is expected on 01 December 2025 into Tuesday 02 December.
River levels have risen in response to recent rainfall.
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around 11:00PM on Monday. The main areas of concern are Taddiport (properties around Taddiport Bridge, Sewage Treatment Works and B3227) and Weare Giffard (riverside properties and roads). Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are forecast to be at their highest between 11:00PM and 4:00AM.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels .
