"River levels are high but steady at the Colwick river gauge as a result of Storm Henk. Consequently, the risk of flooding remains. Areas most at risk are properties are now at risk in the wider Gunthorpe community. Gunthorpe Riverdale Caravan Park and the A6097 Gunthorpe to Lowdham Road also remain at risk.
Further light rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to remain high until Sunday 07/01/2024.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
Please follow advice from emergency services, avoid contact with flood water and contact your insurance company if you've been flooded.
