Flood alert

High river levels on Thursday may lead to flooding. 
Flooding is possible on 19 February 2026 from 02:00 as a lot of rain (nearly 32mm) fell on Wednesday. 
Flooding could affect Boarhunt Mill, surrounding the Mill building. Rain is forecast to continue for the next few hours. River levels and flood risk will remain overnight an into Thursday. 
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels . 
Consider activating any flood protection products you may have and please keep away from the river until water levels begin to fall. 
This message will be updated by 4:00AM on 19 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
