High river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight. 
Flooding is expected on 20 January 2026 . 
Heavy rain falling this afternoon has caused river levels to rise

Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around 05:30 PM on Tuesday. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing 
We are closely monitoring the situation . 
Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water . 
This message will be updated by 3:00PM on 21 January 2026 or as the situation changes.
