Flooding expected. Take action now.
High river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.
Flooding is expected from the early hours of 27 January 2026 .
Heavy rain falling in the area will continue overnight.
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around midnight on Monday into Tuesday. Areas near the river are most at risk - minor roads and fords near to and across the river are likely to become impassable. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels .
Never drive through flood water, just 30cm of fast flowing water is enough to move your car . Start acting on your flood plan if you have one.
