Flooding possible. Be prepared.
Water levels in the River Test at Stockbridge are high but are slowly falling. Currently, out of bank flooding will be affecting land and fields at Stockbridge, Broughton, Brook and Timsbury. Over the next 5 days, small amounts of rain are forecast each day. Given the current forecast totals, while levels in the river will rise and fall a little, the rain won’t alter current impacts. As some days will be relatively dry, overall the situation should begin to improve. We continue to monitor the forecast. This Flood Alert will be updated by 12:00 on 20/02/2020.
